Head of Logistics & Operations (Up to 1m annum)

Our client is one of the leader of food and beverage over worldwide. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Head of operations to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure highest possible availability of goods while managing the costs at the most competitive level
• Ensure and improve operations efficiency on warehousing and distribution
• Expertise in supply chain to support the Regional Director who has built Hong Kong market and launched the business in Macau and China
• Implement Inventory procedure to guarantee an accurate Stock Situation: conduct accurate record keeping
• Monitor expiry dates of products, damaged and obsolete products. Traceability of goods. Produce management reports related to stock levels by SKU and batch
• Lead and motivate the Purchasing & Import department to improve product flow from ordering to suppliers to delivering to customers
• Define clear duties and responsibilities to each team members and track them
• Ensure that staff are adequately trained (security, hygiene, job knowledge)

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years Supply Chain / Warehouse / Logistics Operations experience
• Experience in Food and Beverage business, Distribution or Hospitality sector will be an advantages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholder
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
