With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up sales orders
- Provide account support including incoming enquiries, account setup, shipment arrangement, follow-up, and complaints
- Develop and present business proposals and follow-ups with clients to create and nurture opportunities and partnership
- Maintain and foster the relationship and satisfaction with customers via email, phone, event, and meeting
- Liaise with internal/external parties, including sales team, oversea customers, factories, shipping line
- Follow up invoices, customer shipping schedule or related support docunments
- Backup and support the team on all issues, including training and reporting when needed
Main Requirements:
- Tertiary Education or above in backgrond of Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year Supply Chain / Logistics operations experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholder
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
