Our client is one of the leading sourcing company over worldwide. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Sourcing Officer to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of projects rollout from development to delivery to ensure the completion of projects within timeframe and budget by comapny standard
- Coordinate with all related stakeholders including Procurement and Product Development departments, Sales Team and Customer Service Team
- Follow up the whole project process and prepare project related documents and reports
- Issue Sales Orders, follow up new orders and monitor forecasts and deliveries through to completion of projects
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholder
- Experience in tendering process is an advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
