Product Development Executive (Fashion, Ladies Wears)

An MNC fashion manufacturer is hiring a Product Development Executive to support their PD & R&D operations for the ladies wears category.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft clothing product designs, spanning theme, color palette, fabrication, silhouettes, and graphic elements
  • Identify and cultivate seasonal fabric sources to meet the business's needs
  • Perform market research and analyze emergent fashion trends to inform the product development strategy
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration with design, product, marketing, and production teams across the product lifecycle
  • Spearhead the sample development process

Requirements:

  • Degree in fashion or related disciplines
  • 3 years' experience in sourcing/product development/fashion design
  • Category experience in ladies wears is a must
  • Familiar with Adobe PS/3D software applications
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
