QA Specialist - Entomology / Agriculture

What you'll do:

• Conduct regular site visits at major customer locations to verify that pest elimination services consistently meet rigorous quality standards and address any emerging issues promptly.
• Prepare comprehensive and actionable service reports tailored for both customers and internal stakeholders, focusing on clear communication of findings and recommendations for service enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with service teams to pinpoint areas where processes can be refined, sharing insights that lead to improved customer experiences and stronger retention rates.
• Monitor feedback from customers as well as key performance metrics related to service delivery, proactively identifying trends or concerns that require attention or present upselling opportunities.
• Assist the Manager in designing and delivering targeted training sessions aimed at promoting best practices in quality service delivery across all levels of the organisation.
• Support management by taking on ad-hoc assignments as needed, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to organisational goals.
• Engage directly with customers during site visits to build trust, gather valuable insights into their needs, and ensure their expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements based on observations from the field, helping shape policies that benefit both clients and colleagues alike.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Entomology, Agriculture or a closely related discipline is required for this position, ensuring you bring relevant academic knowledge to the team.
• Previous experience within pest elimination services would be advantageous but is not essential; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills enable you to connect effectively with both customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are necessary for success in this multilingual environment.
