(Senior) Manager, Production & Manufacturing (Fine Jewel)

Our client stands as an MNC jewel manufacturing group. They're hiring a (Senior) Manager in Manufacturing to oversee their expanding production.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote continuous improvement by utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Business Process Reengineering
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage the Project Management Office to ensure alignment and support for all organizational projects, facilitating appropriate resource allocation and providing training and tools for successful execution
  • Implement effective quality assurance practices, conduct internal audits, and collaborate with the Internal Audit team to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance quality and project management skills, while establishing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of quality and operational improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quality Engineering or related disciplines
  • 8 years' experience production quality management & process improvement
  • Manufacturing background & factory production know-how is a must
  • Industry background in fine jewel is a strong plus
  • Certification in Six Sigma; Lean Six Sigma & PMP are extra
  • Good command of both English & Mandarin
  • Business travels to Chinese Mainland & Thailand are entitled
  • Visa sponsorship provided for foreign applicants
