The Quality Manager would ensure that all products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a significant impact on the company's product line, contributing to the satisfaction of customers worldwide.

Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance for toys, Or cookware/kitchenware
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for new range developments
  • Work closely with sourcing, packaging and sustainability teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Monitor the suppliers' quality performance at any stage of manufacturing process
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations
  • Support complaints and work with local offices/markets for corrective actions

Requirements

  • Degree in related discipline
  • Proven experience in Quality Management. Good technical knowledge in hardgoods, toys, or kitchenware / cookware products
  • Knowledge of Europe and Asia international safety regulations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Experience conducting inspections and audits
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
