Our client is hiring a QA Manager to lead the divisional QA & QC team.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of a team responsible for overseeing and executing quality control and assurance protocols to uphold high food safety standards
• Work together with the central QA department to ensure that food safety and quality management systems are regularly updated in accordance with local and international regulations
• Create guidelines, SOPs, and training materials for introducing new products in both local and international markets
• Put into effect, assess, and revise operational processes and documentation procedures for both domestic and international markets
• Identify potential compliance and safety risks, offer guidance with practical plans, and guarantee customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Degree in Operations Management/ Food Science or related disciplines
• 5-10 years' experience in F&B/ retails QA
• Knowledge in Food Safety audits & ISO 22000/ HACCP
• Good command of English & Chinese; Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
