Procurement Specialist ( Concur - 6 months contract )

We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the join!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assistance to colleagues, ensuring effective utilisation of the organisation’s procurement systems and processes
• Driving system adoption, assist in creating and delivering training materials for the purchase ordering system
• Handle Purchase orders
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve purchase order queries, ensuring smooth operations within the team

Qualifications

• Preferably degree holder in procurement / business or related disciplines;
• At least 5 year of relevant work experience in procurement
• Experience in handling invoices and purchase order
• Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Knowledge of SAP Concur is a preference;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word; and Good command of Chinese and English.
