Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement (Marketing)

This role is pivotal in managing a wide range of purchasing activities that support the daily operations and development projects of the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular demand planning for the sub-categories within the team
• Manage demand and ensure sub-category plan aligns with project requirements and best industry practices
• Identify potential targets, plan and deliver year-on-year improvements
• Formulate procurement strategies and develop sub-category plans to ensure supply availability and quality standards are met
• Identify market trends, monitor market intelligence to support the team
• Lead the sub-category team for execution
• Conduct spending analysis, market research, sourcing activities and regular reviews with set budget

Requirements

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Chartered member of HKIS/ RICS/ CIPS/CPSM or equivalent
• At least 8-10 years’ relevant experience in procurement
• China Procurement Experience is a Must
• Sound knowledge of category management in one or more categories including Marketing, F&B, Office Services, Transport & Logistics.
• Capable of negotiation; self-motivated with mature business acumen
• Familiarity with e-Procurement system development and operation
• High level of integrity, work ethics and good moral values
• Mandarin and English Speaking
• Travelling would be required
