Senior Procurement Manager (Marketing & Corporate Affairs)

Our client stands as a conglomerate, is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to support overseeing the group's expenditure.

Responsibilities:

• Build and foster relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers throughout the organization
• Analyze spending patterns to uncover opportunities for cost savings and risk management, focusing on areas such as professional services, corporate services, marketing, events, and facilities
• Manage procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, RFPs/RFIs, and negotiations for contracts and commercial agreements
• Oversee contract management by collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective agreements, identifying risks, and maintaining existing contracts through reviews and renewals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and enhance the vendor performance
• Implement best practices in procurement and identify areas for continuous improvement, including vendor consolidation and adherence to procurement policies across the organization

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 8 years' experience in strategic procurement/sourcing
• Strong stakeholder managing skills (e.g. dealing with C-suite)
• Experience in regional procurement is desired
• Category experience in professional services (especially marketing & event) is a must
• Regional coverage is a plus
• Good command of English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
