IT Admin/ IT Procurement officer – PO & contract management

Act as procurement officer helping regional team on purchase order & contract management.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily IT procurement duties aligned with established policies and protocols.
  • Initiate and manage purchase orders, including contract negotiations, logistics planning, and budget oversight.
  • Ensure timely receipt and closure of deliveries, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Facilitate communication between suppliers for prompt submission of payment documentation such as invoices and receipts, addressing any payment discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to address and resolve concerns associated with purchase orders and invoicing processes.
  • Uphold meticulous record-keeping practices for all transactional activities.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by senior management.
  • Support the IT Procurement Manager in managing daily operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma holder in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in IT Procurement, IT Admin , Project finance support or relevant areas, ideally within banking or financial sectors.
  • Applicants with more experience may be considered for senior officer
  • Familiar with purchase orders, contract terms & conditions etc. will be advantage
  • Well organized, positive working attitude, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
