They are hiring a purchasing specialist to source, select, and purchase goods or services on behalf of a company to ensure efficient supply chain management and meet the organization's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end purchasing activities, such as RFQ, PO creation and follow-up, vendor maintenance, evaluation, and selection, and invoice submission
- Ensure seamless coordination between various stakeholders, including 3rd party suppliers, internal factories, and Distribution Center, to guarantee on-time delivery of goods
- Act as a liaison between vendors and relevant departments, effectively conveying vendor feedback and facilitating clear communication channels
- Offer assistance to management by taking on ad-hoc assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting organizational goals
Requirements:
- High Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/ Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Around 3 years' experience in purchasing/ procruement/ sourcing
- Knowledge in Oracle & SAP is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Short notice is definitely preferred
