Our client is a MNC hospitality chain operator in HK, hiring an Associate Director to oversee the regional operations & procurement process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operation and procurement team, ensuring efficient operations and effective procurement processes
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, optimizing purchasing practices to meet business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance, identify alternatives, and maintain market competitiveness while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Oversee and guide operations, fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring compliance with operational processes
- Enhance operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing resource allocation, reducing waste, and refining procedures to drive productivity
Requirements:
- Degree in supply chain/ operation management or related discipline
- Around 15 years of experience in procurement/ operations, of which 5 years in managerial roles
- Chain store procurement/ operations experience (in Retail/ Hospitality/ F&B) is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese
