Our client is one of the leading 3PL company over worldwide. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Regional Tender Manager to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate closely with sales members and Product heads (operation) to establish necessary pricing support
- Review vendor regularly and work with internal stakeholders to ensure purchasing activities smooth
- Provide tendering support and 3PL management, leading to manage the tendering whole procedures
- Screen RFQ package and understand customer requirements
- Prepare analytical reports and monthly KPI reports for management review
- Review and analyze the result of each RFQ to develop business
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years in freight forwarding / supply chain solutions / logistics experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholder
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
