IT Procurement Manager - MNC

Our client is a MNC and they are expanding their internal supply chain team.

Responsibilities

• Develop long term IT procurement and commercial strategies.
• Work with external parties & internal marketing team for market analysis to identify emerging trends and optimize the cost control.
• Restructure the current procurement operating model to enable maximum leverage and utilization of the cross category team in all transnational and commodity purchasing activities
• Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with suppliers to for the highest quality, reliability and service
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, challenge specifications and manage BU demand.
• Demonstrate compliance with procurement processes regarding sourcing, negotiation, supplier management and contract management
• Manage a small team and provide leadership, coaching, development.

Requirements

• University graduate in supply chain management & related discipline.
• 6+ years' relevant experience in MNC.
• Procurement and Category Management experience is essential.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and basic contract law.
• Excellent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
