Job Responsibilities:
- Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing activities and invoice management for Central Procurement Function
- Conduct data analysis, procure goods and services for assigned categories (mainly facility management and renovation) through RFx
- Assist in tendering process, manage supplier contracts, performance and relationship
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement
- Holder of membership of CPSM / MCIPS will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Goal and team-oriented, independent, proactive and willing to learn
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast changing environment
- Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
- High proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), Word and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is preferred.
