Responsibilities:
- Develop long term sourcing strategies and set objectives
- Review the existing contract and procurement policy, develop global supply sources
- Work with R&D team for new product development
- Visit the supplier and develop long term relationship. Drive the quality and reduce the cost in compliance with top standard
- Formulate effective contingency plan on the supply of materials to guarantee production continuity
- Perform regulatory compliance to enhance food safety
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science or other relevant discipline
- At least 10 years working experience in F&B industry
- Proven executive leadership and management skills in driving changes and transformation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in cost & budget controlling
- Excellent written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
