Senior Procurement Manager / Manager - IT

Our client is a well-known listed company and they are currently looking for IT Procurement Manager and Specialist to support a large-scarle ERP project.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team to integrate design and implementation (including testing) of the digital transformation modules for procurement and supply chain management
• Develop user manuals, provide input to training material and to support change management in deploying the new digital transformation solution
• Maintain an understanding of business requirements for input into process design and in support of the change management program
• Maintain an understanding of other cross-functional requirements to ensure alignment with the design and implementation
• Execute strategic initiatives and supplier strategies, including sourcing and tendering
• Manage interactions with digital transformation project and business stakeholders

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Procurement and Supply Chain, Information Technology or other relevant discipline.
• Membership and/or qualification from a procurement professional body (e.g. CIPS, ISM, etc.) and/or engineering body (e.g. HKIE, IET, etc.) is desirable.
• 8 years’+ experience in procurement and / or supply chain, and / or inventory management/warehousing responsibilities
• Fluent Cantonese and English
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration in complex programme structures with multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities to introduce and implement technical solutions
