A leading electronics manufacturing firm in Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Consumer Electronics) to oversee high-scale projects, drive strategic initiatives, and foster collaboration in a flexible, growth-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

As Senior Project Manager (Consumer Electronics), you will lead high-impact projects, collaborate across teams, manage budgets, mentor talent, mitigate risks, and commit to international travels to drive success.

• Lead and oversee complex, high-scale projects, managing teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and overall execution
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, communicate expectations, and provide regular status updates
• Proactively manage changes, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans to ensure project success
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and supervise team members to foster accountability, motivation, and positive outcomes

Candidate profile

The ideal Senior Project Manager (Consumer Electronics) should have manufacturing experience, PMP/Six Sigma certification, cross-cultural leadership, English/Mandarin fluency, and a strong focus on team growth and process improvement.

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering; EMS industry experience and overseas education/background are advantageous
• PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus, with at least 5 years of direct project management experience and 10-15 years of overall project management expertise in the manufacturing industry
• ESG and EE industry experience is a plus but not essential
• Strong personnel management, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel frequently (overseas) for business purposes
