Our client who stands as a family business is looking for a Change Management Consultant to integrate & improve two business lines they acquired.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the optimisation of organisational efficiencies by focusing on performance analysis, sustainable improvements, and effective change management strategies.
  • Develop and implement improved KPIs to align with change initiatives and support strategic planning.
    Identify and address operational inefficiencies within the merged organisation, facilitating necessary process enhancements.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to foster communication and collaboration, ensuring smooth transitions during change initiatives.
  • Prepare market insights and analytical data to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement efforts within change management frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Strategic Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience in change management & process re-engineering
  • Participated in end-to-end change management process from project brainstorming to execution & re-assessment
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Visa sponsorship is entitled for non-local applicants
