Our client is hiring for a M&A Project Manager to oversee their new business project in Africa, mainly M&A, logistics, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics, operations, and M&A operations for a mining business in Africa
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize processes and ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration of acquired assets or entities
• Manage stakeholder relationships, represent the company in negotiations, and provide financial and operational reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration / Operation Management or related disciplines
• 5-10 years' project management experience
• Commodity trading & M&A experience are preferred
• Knowledge in mining industry / raw materials trading is a plus
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Business trip is required
