China Sourcing & Third-Party Program BA/PM (12 Months Contract) Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) / Project Manager (PM) to support the Third-Party Program Management (TPPM) and Sourcing activities for its China Program. Candidates should have a strong background in third party risk, vendor management and sourcing, and have a solid understanding of the China local market.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for various Sourcing activities required for the China businesses including documentation, evaluation/analysis phases, bidder reviews and interviews, negotiations, vendor management, etc.
• Support the China Sourcing and TPPM Lead on all China Outsourcing activities (both inter-affiliate and third-party) across all Business Units
• Support the China Sourcing and TPPM Lead on tasks related to contract remediation and general project management
• Lead projects, track progress throughout the project lifecycle, escalate issues, and ensure effective delivery to time and budget
• Conduct detailed business analysis and problem solving in support of projects to maintain progress
• Liaise with in-house Legal and ensure contracts for both external and inter-affiliate are executed within the agreed project timelines
• Liaise with senior internal stakeholders (Technology, Legal and Compliance, Finance, etc.), as well as external vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related degree program
• Experience in procurement for financial institutions in recent position
• Familiarity with purchasing models of software license and hardware in China
• Experience with China authorities’ and regulators’ requirements, e.g. IT third-party outsourcing regulations and cross-border data transfer
