Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of new supplier by providing training, setting up new policies & procedures review
- Responsible for on-site inspection and provide technical advice on improving factory’s facilities, processes and working environment to demonstrate compliance in social responsibility.
- Coordinate with third party to conduct audit reports & Corrective Action Plans
- Follow up the implementation of the improvement plans and bring out the best practice sharing and bench marking.
- Support the team leader to evaluate the performance of supplier
- Frequent travel to APAC
Qualifications
- University graduate with minimum 3 years work experience running social responsibility improvement projects.
- candidate with experience in 3rd party audit firm or sourcing office background is highly prefer
- Knowledge of social responsibility, international labor standards and environmental protection, such as Qualified Lead Auditor in management system, i.e. ISO 14001
