Key Responsibilities:
- Work with factories to develop cosmetic package & product within agreed budget and time-frame
- Drive the product development work with suppliers and develop prototype
- Coordinate with internal team for all procurement issue
- Processing sample requests and update product formulation & specification
- Develop sales strategy and optimize the company brand portfolio
Job requirements:
- Degree in product development or supply chain management or related discipline
- over 5 years of experience in developing, sourcing and producing cosmetics, skincare products is a MUST.
- Knowledge in skincare formulations is a MUST
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in a position that will require handling a variety of tasks
- Problem-solving, time-management, negotiation, planning and projects management skills, well organised and detail-oriented are essential
- Good command of spoken & written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
