With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist / Assistant Sourcing Manager to join their Hardgoods team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage product categories overall sourcing strategy
- Responsible in sourcing vendors and develop products according to the objectives and requirements from the buying team
- Manage a small team and reports to the sourcing manager and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders on the delivery, production scheduling and QA issues
- Monitor day to day operation including supplier management, product development, quote sheets, sample verification & order follow up
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years in hardgoods sourcing office experience
- Experience in U.S. Sourcing/Buying office would be preferred
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
