A leading electronics manufacturer seeks a Production Manager to oversee factory operations. This role drives operational efficiency, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and manages a high-performing team in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

As Production Manager, you will play an integral role in overseeing all aspects of factory operations at the Thailand site. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining rigorous quality standards
  • Develop and implement production schedules, optimise workflows, and allocate resources to maximise operational efficiency
  • Mentor and manage a diverse production team by fostering accountability, performance excellence, and professional growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality assurance—to ensure seamless operations
  • Champion lean manufacturing principles and support ERP implementation to enhance factory performance and drive continuous improvement

Candidate profile:

In this Production Manager position, your proven track record managing large-scale factory operations within electronics or related industries will be crucial. Candidate profile include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field with 8+ years’ production management experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing
  • Proven ability to lead factory operations and cross-functional teams in complex manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, production planning, smart manufacturing, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance, safety regulations, budgeting, and cost control
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills; fluent in English and Chinese, Thai is an advantage
