A leading organisation in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Warehouse Officer to join their dependable and inclusive team. This role offers you the chance to play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless warehouse operations, supporting both internal and external logistics teams, and contributing to service excellence across the supply chain.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to facilitate smooth logistics operations and resolve any issues that may arise during order fulfilment.
  • Monitor inventory levels closely, conducting regular audits to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent discrepancies or shortages.
  • Support the completion of order entry processes by collaborating with customer service teams to guarantee timely allocation management and delivery monitoring.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers, sales managers, and supply chain partners to ensure all commitments are met or exceeded through effective communication.
  • Process claims within the system promptly, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with organisational policies.
  • Assist in forecasting demand by providing input for monthly planning processes and validating allocations based on current trends.
  • Apply pricing policies accurately during invoicing procedures, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and without error.
  • Work alongside credit teams to resolve any credit-related issues that may impact order management or customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to select account initiatives as required by management, supporting continuous improvement efforts across warehouse operations.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience managing warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills that enable you to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments as well as external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications along with strong technical aptitude for learning new systems relevant to logistics management.
  • Proven ability to work successfully within a team-oriented setting where cooperation and mutual support are highly valued.
  • Strong analytical abilities that allow you to monitor inventory levels, identify potential issues early on, and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience handling order management processes including order entry, allocation management, delivery monitoring, and claims processing.
  • Ability to provide reliable input for demand forecasting activities by analysing data trends and validating allocations as needed.
  • Understanding of pricing policies and procedures with attention to detail during invoicing tasks to ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Capacity to resolve credit-related matters collaboratively with finance teams while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Commitment to upholding organisational integrity through honest interactions and adherence to established protocols.
