Vice President - Operations

This key leadership role will oversee Supply Chain Management, Artwork, Quality Management, Finance, Business Operations, and IT, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all operational functions including Supply Chain Management, Artwork, Quality Management, Finance, Business Operations, and IT.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Oversee the management of a complex supply chain network ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality management ensuring adherence to international standards and customer specifications.
• Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure effective utilization of IT systems and infrastructure to support operational needs.
• Ensure all operations are compliant with ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in operations management within a sourcing or trading environment.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, quality assurance, and financial operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in managing IT systems and their implementation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages e.g. German / Dutch are a plus.
