Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist (B2B, MNC)

Our client stands as an MNC FMCG business. They're hiring a Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist to support the commercial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service, follow-up key clients/distributors' inquiries
  • Monitor and manage the daily order flow for specific distributors to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients while actively collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes
  • Manage export-related tasks, including order processing, invoicing, logistics, certificates, and client documentation, while addressing any issues that arise
  • Communicate with distributors regarding packaging, pricing confirmations, and standard operating procedures for front office operations
  • Work closely with internal teams, including planning, shipping, and warehousing, to guarantee timely order deliveries

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience in supply chain operations (mainly order management) & B2B customer service
  • FMCG & MNC background is a plus
  • Experienced in SAP/ERP system
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
