Our client has a factory in HK and is hiring for a supervisor for managing materials and production works 經驗較少會考慮為助理生產部組長, 工作如下:

Duties:

  • Aid in creating production timeline, managing materials, compiling analysis reports, and handling associated paperwork.
  • Create, execute, and sustain a documentation framework, encompassing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production records.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely completion and address supply chain challenges;
  • Collect and scrutinize data to identify underlying causes of issues.
  • Support supervision of production staff, enhance team efficiency, and oversee performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar area.
  • Preference given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Essential skills include strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and capacity to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, Chinese word processing software, and SAP system.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for leadership roles within teams.

  • 管理生產線人手安排,生產設備及文件記錄
  • 負責監控生產線運作及產品質量
  • 指導生產流程工作及一般生產機器維護


職位要求:

  • 中五程度或以上,最少1年前線管理經驗
  • 具廠房/製造業/建築材料廠房工作經驗、認識ISO生產管理規範優先考慮
  • 具有基本生產設備及電腦操作知識
  • 具領導才能、富責任心、積極主動、有團隊精神及良好溝通技巧
  • 能書寫一般中英文、操良好廣東話
