Operations Officer (3PL, up to 25k)

The successful candidate will be supporting B2B and B2C business by using various e-commerce platforms, preparing reports for record, and coordinating delivery arrangements for customers.

Duties

  • Coordinate daily order preparation, inventory management, and communication with customers and logistics partners.
  • Ensure accuracy by reconciling shipments with orders and validating incidental inventory costs.
  • Generate reports on stock movements, aging, and conduct regular physical stock counts.
  • Manage accruals for stock costs, monitor trade model expenses, and prepare billing reports.
  • Process sales and purchase orders, issue invoices;
  • Provide administrative support and temporary warehouse assistance as needed

Job requirements

  • Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
  • 1 year practical working experience in freight forwarding / logistics organizations at minimum
  • Experience in handling commercial invoices before will be advantageous
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Detail minded and sensitive to numbers
  • Good at multitasking to perform time-sensitive tasks
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
