Job Description Summary: The successful candidate will serve as the representative for the Services Division within our company, playing a pivotal role in shaping business strategies and decisions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency through technological advancements. Responsibilities include managing relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to generate value, overseeing divisional functions such as Technical Services, Purchasing & Administration, and Sustainability, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with initiating corporate projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives and maintaining accountability for the division's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison for the Services Division, influencing business direction and strategy formulation.
Responsible for the division’s profit and loss outcomes.
Engage actively in strategic planning processes to boost company profitability and performance by harnessing technological innovations.
Foster and manage relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance company value.
Oversee divisional functions, including Technical Services, Purchasing & Administration, and Sustainability.
Lead the initiation and execution of corporate projects that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Guarantee operations are equipped with essential resources and adhere to company standards and state regulations.
Prioritize safety and health in the workplace, complying with safety protocols and cooperating with management to meet safety requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required.
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Experience in a large organization is preferred, particularly with a background in the aviation industry considered highly advantageous.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach, excellent communication abilities, and strong relationship-building capabilities.
Extensive experience in contractor management is highly desirable.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
