Senior Manager, Logistics & Supply Chain (FMCG)

An MNC FMCG business is hiring a Senior Manager to oversee the organization's Supply Chain/Logistics Excellence operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee supply chain operations to support the company's business plans and brand goals, including planning and executing supply chain activities
  • Manage the full spectrum of supply chain activities, from order processing to warehousing and distribution, to efficiently support the organization's operational and business needs
  • Collaborate closely with the 3PL vendors to develop and optimize cost-effective, timely logistics solutions
  • Provide financial oversight of the supply chain team, monitor budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate cross-functional coordination to support the overall business objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 8 years' experience in in-house supply chain operations (excellence, strategy, etc.)
  • Managerial experience is highly desired
  • Experience in FMCG sector is a must
  • Experience in retail/distributor is preferred
  • Good command of English & Cantonese
