To cope with their continuous expansion, their Hong Kong office is currently seeking for a Shipping Clerk to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations related to customers responding to customers’ enquiries with accurate and professional information to maintain a good relationship with customers
- Support sales team and CS admin to prepare reports, maintain proper filing of documents
- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
- Maintain good communication with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Ad hoc project assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Diploma in Engineering or any other disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years' working experience, preferably in sourcing / logistics / shipping industry
- Able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
