The role responsible to oversee all aspects relating to food & beverage outlet operations in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Operations Management team in Hong Kong, take full accountability for each unit’s profit and loss results.
- Ensure the team meet budget targets & develop growth initiatives.
- Develop policy to internal teams and look after team performance
- Promote a positive work environment while attracting, retaining and motivating employees.
- Oversee the new store openings from site installations and on boarding new store teams.
- Drive the Operations Management team with regards to Workplace Health & Safety.
Requirement
- Degree holder with 8+ years of leadership experience
- Detailed knowledge & experience of F&B and restaurant operations
- Excellent organisation skills, time management and a high level of attention to detail.
- Contributes to a safe work environment.
- Committed to continuous improvement, drive innovation and best practice.
