To cope with their continuous expansion, their Hong Kong office is currently seeking for Client relationship coordinator to join their Operations team in Hong Kong
Job Duty
• Report to Business development manager,you will be managing account support , shipment arrangement follow-up and complaint .
• You will be handling and maintaining the relationship with customers via email and phone call ,and response to client with the best end-to-end solutions and services
• Closely working with operation team , you will be providing competitive business solutions for Life Sciences product portfolio and well communicate with internal/external parties, including airlines, agents, clients.
Job requirement
• Higher Diploma or above with supply chain ,shipment and logistics or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of working experience in cold chain /life science /pharmaceuticals logistics would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
