Demand Forecasting Analyst (Softline)

Our client stands as an MNC player in the garment & fabrics market. They're hiring a Demand Forecasting Analyst to support the supply chain operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate monthly forecasts to sustain a commercial forecast for the assigned region's make-to-stock operations
  • Coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning process with teams in Commercial, Production Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders
  • Deploy the Material Production Scheduling tool
  • Streamline inventory levels in warehouses to meet customer demands while achieving key performance metrics for inventory days and working capital
  • Create a monthly or bi-weekly Purchasing Plan to improve visibility for production facilities and effectively manage cash flow

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain or related disciplines
  • 3 years' experience in demand forecasting/planning/analysis
  • Candidates from softline industries (fabrics, garment, etc.) are desired, but not a must
  • MNC background is a plus
  • Familiar with Excel & PowerBI
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
