The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing merchandising strategies that align with the company's objectives. They will also lead and drive the merchandising operation, ensuring targets are met in terms of output, productivity, marketing assets, cost, quality, and on-time delivery with vendors.


As a Sourcing & Merchandising Manager in the cookware team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product features and assortment. You will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of merchandising activities - from development through to shipment. Your ability to identify new vendor sources will be crucial in meeting our product development needs. You'll also be tasked with facilitating price negotiations with vendors while ensuring compliance across all areas of our operation. Your proactive communication skills will be essential in resolving any issues that arise during the ordering or shipping process. Ultimately, your role will be integral in driving continuous improvement within the merchandising operations.

  • Formulate and execute merchandising strategy in alignment with Company’s objectives
  • Responsible for full spectrum merchandising activities from development, planning, production to shipment
  • Lead and drive the merchandising operation for specific targets in output, productivity, cost, quality, and on time delivery with vendors
  • Identify and source different vendors for product development, production, and shipment requirements
  • Facilitate price negotiation on materials, products, and tooling with vendors
  • Liaise with vendors and/or factories to carry out compliance work including but not limited to contractual obligation, factory audit, certification, and inspection
  • Communicate proactively with vendors as well as marketing peers for any issues arising from ordering, production, shipment, quality claim, volume rebate, and tooling
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness and business performance of merchandising operations
  • New sourcing of suppliers, products among China and Asia


  • University graduate
  • 8 years+ sourcing and merchandising management experience in OEM / ODM manufacturing
  • Experience in industries of cookware / kitchenware
  • Sourcing / Buying Office working experience is an advantage
  • Solid experience in manufacturing environment with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
