Country Manager (Secure Logistics & Outsourcing Solutions)

They are now in search of a results-oriented leader with expertise in sales and revenue expansion to spearhead the Hong Kong operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management and financial performance of the Hong Kong business unit(s), ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
• Achieve and exceed budget targets through proactive planning and execution.
• Lead the business development team in developing and implementing strategies to introduce new solutions, expand market presence, and secure key accounts in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and related industries.
• Guide operations teams to deliver high-quality, secure services with an emphasis on productivity and client satisfaction.
• Effectively manage and control business costs to optimize profitability.
• Cultivate a positive, transparent culture that promotes team camaraderie, collaboration, and high performance.
• Enforce compliance with all corporate policies, directives, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of senior management experience, with a strong focus on sales and business development in the Asia market (experience in secure logistics, business process outsourcing (BPO), supply chain solutions, or related outsourced services is highly preferred; backgrounds in pure freight forwarding or transportation coordination are not aligned with this role).
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and financial expertise to support data-driven growth decisions.
• Excellent communication abilities, including fluent written and spoken English; additional proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
• Proven leadership in inspiring teams, meeting targets, and managing organizational change.
• Demonstrated capability in handling significant transformations, with a solid understanding of technology and business processes to enhance service delivery.
