Airfreight Manager (HK & China)

Key responsibilities

Leads and optimises AREA Airfreight operations to meet strategy, productivity and performance targets, ensuring full compliance with operational policies and procedures.

• Lead day-to-day AREA Airfreight operations in line with strategy, targets and operational policies
• Optimise processes, productivity and CM1 performance across the Airfreight product
• Support ROUTE management and execution of CEN, Regional and Area strategies at local level
• Guide and support commercial teams on Airfreight rates, solutions and growth opportunities
• Act as the overall owner for all Airfreight matters within the AREA, providing operational and business support as required

Candidate profile

Experienced airfreight or logistics leader with strong operational, analytical and collaboration capabilities in a multinational environment.

• Proven experience managing airfreight or logistics operations in a multinational or large-scale organisation
• Strong expertise in process optimisation, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across regional and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills to drive CM1 performance, productivity and market opportunity insights
