Assistant Operations Manager (E-comm Logistics)

Our client stands as an MNC 3PL services provider. They're hiring an Assistant Operations Manager for their solution planning & warehouses.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize warehouse operations and overall supply chain efficiency
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with operational standards and efficient inventory management
• Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline warehouse workflows and reduce operational costs
• Proactively address operational challenges within the warehouse, minimizing disruptions and ensuring continuous operations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics activities and ensure seamless integration of operations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, providing insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 5 years' experience in express/postal/e-comm logistics operations management
• Warehousing/distribution center hands-on experience is a plus
• Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
