Head of / Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute supply chain strategies, oversee inventory planning and control, manage global logistics, and provide strategic leadership to the supply chain team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to achieve company goals
• Lead demand forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning processes
• Oversee inventory planning and control to achieve optimal balance between availability, inventory turns, and cost optimization
• Deliver measurable operational results including cost reduction, process optimization, and enhanced service levels
• Work closly with sales and product development teams to optimize inventory levels at regional distribution centers
• Oversee global logistics teams, provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the supply chain team

Requirements

• At least 8 years of managerial experience in supply chain management within a distribution environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management , Operations, Business Management, or a related field
• Strong expertise in demand forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning
• Proven ability to optimize inventory management
• Advanced analytical capabilities to address complex supply chain challenges
• Proficiency with supply chain management systems and tools
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with aviation industry would be a big plus
