Supply Chain Officer (In-house, Logistics Planning)

Our client stands as an MNC manufacturer & trader, they're hiring a Supply Chain Officer to support the logistics planning & trading operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise logistics activities and ensure that shipping documents are prepared correctly
• Work with transport companies, insurance providers, weighing and assaying services, and customs to ensure timely operations
• Coordinate cargo handling by liaising with logistics partners and customs agents
• Ensure clear communication among customers, sales teams, and internal departments to enhance trade execution
• Create regular reports and analyze data to improve logistics operations and support various tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 3 years' experience in logistics operations, preferably in-house (or user)
• Experience in handling I/E, L/C is a plus
• Good command of English & Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese)
