Assistant General Manager, Aviation Logistics

Our client is looking for an Assistant General Manager to expand their airfreight coverage in Greater China area.

Job Duties:

  • Gear the direction of company's connection and capture the opportunities of opportunities within Greater China region
  • Formulate, design and execution of logistics plans and form strategic partnership
  • Build and establish logistics hub and facilities for air cargo
  • Project Management in fast changing environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Aviation, Transport, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
  • 12 year+ management experience in air cargo or logistics related roles
  • Solid track record in business development, project management preferably in logistical facilities and/or operation management in related fields with proven experience in China business
  • Good leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience work with public sector / government sector
  • Excellent communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Manager position
