We are hiring a Customer Service Officer for a well-known airfreight logistics company with a reputation for excellence and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above, plus a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in sea freight/ air freight.
  • This position operates on a shift-based schedule.
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, coordinate with clients and overseas agents.
  • Strong understanding of global freight markets.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional phone etiquette, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Self-motivated problem-solver and effective team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage agent and customer inquiries, bookings, pricing quotations, and order routing follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and suppliers to generate new business opportunities.
