Commercial Support Officer (Logistics, FMCG/Snacks)

Our client stands as a leading MNC FMCG group. They're hiring a Commercial Support Officer to support their logistics & commercial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain accurate daily monitoring of the order flow for specific distributors
  • Offer thorough administrative assistance to clients and actively engage with internal teams to facilitate processes
  • Handle tasks related to export administration, including managing orders, invoices, logistics, certificates, client documentation, and resolving issues
  • Liaise with distributors on matters like packaging, pricing confirmations, and SOP for the front office
  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as planning, shipping, and warehousing to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 3 years' experience in supply chain/logistics operations
  • Experienced in handling logistics documentations especially I/E
  • Product experience in FMCG is strongly desired
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
