Supply Chain Coordinator (Procurement & Shipping)

Our client stands as an MNC industrial materials trader, they're hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to support their procurement's shipping/admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement transactions within the D365 system, including preparation of sales orders and purchase orders, creation of loads, confirmation of goods receipts and delivery notes, and generation of invoices
  • Work with the quality team to organize pre-shipment inspections and occasionally submit payment requests to vendors
  • Regularly update reports on raw material expenses, freight charges, and pricing for RFQs on a weekly or monthly basis
  • Generate shipping instructions and pre-advice for shipments after inspections, and provide internal stakeholders with weekly updates on shipment status
  • Handle the creation of essential shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and documents for letter of credit discounting, along with any other assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in shipping operations (order processing, freight/logistics coordination, etc.)
  • Fresh grad with relevant internship experience is welcomed as well
  • Knowledge on L/C & dry bulk shipments is a plus
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
