Supervisor, Air Cargo Hub (Office, Shift, up to 35k)

An MNC aviation logistics services provider is hiring a Senior Supervisor for their air cargo duty/handling division.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction by strategically planning, monitoring, motivating, and coordinating activities within the air cargo operation hub
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and regulatory guidelines
  • Establish and enforce comprehensive procedures and guidelines to mitigate service failures, conducting thorough investigations and analyses as needed
  • Monitor and address irregularities, actively collaborating with relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain seamless communication with Shipper/Consignee/Government Agencies, promptly addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • 5 years' hands-on experience in air cargo operations
  • Experience in air cargo hub/terminal is a must
  • Experience/knowledge in ramping, loading & I/E documentation/reporting is desired
  • People management experience is a plus
  • Candidates from airfreight forwarders, aviation logistics hub, airlines cargo background are welcomed
  • Native Cantonese & good command of written English
  • Shift-duty entitled, office-work
