Pricing Lead (Air & Ocean, Forwarding)

An MNC 3PL services provider is hiring a Pricing Lead to build up their pricing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of competitive pricing strategies for air and ocean freight forwarding services, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify pricing opportunities and optimize pricing structures for various service offerings
  • Pioneer the development of a pricing department, establishing processes, tools, and best practices to enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies support business goals and are effectively communicated to clients
  • Track and analyze pricing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements to maximize profitability

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 8 years' experience in freight forwarding pricing (both air & ocean)
  • Solid experience in US or APAC trade
  • End-to-end pricing strategy establishment experience is required
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
